We are bringing a new and exciting concept to Ireland.

Have you ever looked at your dog or a dog in a rescue centre and thought… if only they had a haircut and they'd look more like a dog and not like one of those balls of twigs rolling around in the desert. Or if only they didn't try to nip you when you walk in the room or from behind the bars in a rescue they'd make a wonderful pet to someone. Or if they didn't have such a bad skin condition and they actually had some fur - wow wouldn't they look beautiful…

Extreme makeover for doggies is here to challenge that.

The makeover is sectioned into 3 categories

The Challenge
Details of dog - including age, breed, owner, past details. Whether they have an owner, are in a rescue centre or have just been rehomed out of a rescue centre.
Beforehand picture.

The Makeover
The dog will be groomed by an expert team of mobile groomers.
If the dog has unappreciated behaviour, it will be handed over to one of our expert dog behaviourists.
If the dog is from the pound/rescue centre and needs medical attention, it will be brought to a dedicated veterinary surgeon and have all costs of its medical treatment paid for.
Details of exactly the things the dog went through to get to its final position.

The Verdict
Full pictures of the dog when it has been groomed.
Details of how the grooming, behavioural treatment and veterinary treatment have changed this dog.

Possible Rehoming
If this is a rescue dog then the public will have the opportunity to offer a home to this dog by contacting the relevant people.
